This section contains Nautilus policies, rules and regulations relating to the conduct of the Union and its members. Members should address any queries about these to the general secretary via Nautilus head office.

As part of the Union’s industrial work, there are also some policies that we encourage companies to adopt (such as those on equal opportunities and maternity and paternity rights). Members should speak to their industrial organiser or lay representative for more information on recommended workplace policies.
