At a Joint Consultative Committee meeting on 13 September 2024, discussions between Caledonian MacBrayne (CalMac) and Nautilus International covered a wide range of topics relevant to members, including the Clyde and Hebrides Ferry Service 3 contract (CHFS3); LNG bunkering on the Glen Sannox; excessive callback; the company interview process; the officer progression panel; the retention of the Officer OSM rank; and issues relating to the Dreadnought Unit for seafarers resident in Northern Ireland and Scotland.
A pay and conditions meeting was held on Wednesday 25 September 2024, and members are now being consulted on an offer of 2.2%.
