Nautilus International has been shortlisted as one of the top ten Silver Assessments in the past year by Investors in People (IIP), meaning that the Union is now a finalist in the 2021 IIP Awards.
Investors in People is an international standard that assesses an employer's staff satisfaction, management quality, and the ability of the organisation to offer good opportunities and create a positive working environment. Nautilus has held IIP accreditation since 1998, when it became the first trade union to receive the award.
Assistant general secretary Olu Tunde said: 'I am very proud. This is a wonderful achievement and testament to all the hard work by all the staff across Nautilus.'
The winners will be announced at an online ceremony on 23 November.
