Nautilus members employed by Red Funnel will receive a 6% pay increase from 1 April 2025 after voting to accept the company's 2025 pay offer. Red Funnel has also made commitments to review pay progression for masters and to explore initiatives such as an Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice Scheme.
Nautilus strategic organiser John Coppell said: 'This outcome represents a meaningful uplift in earnings for members and recognises their hard work and dedication. The pay increase is notably above the current RPI of 3.4%, exceeding inflation.
'We would like to thank all members for their participation in the consultation and their ongoing support.'
