Nautilus members at Caledonian MacBrayne (CalMac) have voted to accept a 3.5% salary increase, backdated to 1 October 2024.
This year's agreement also includes a £300 consolidated cash payment for shore-based nightwatchmen, retail assistants and cleaners, and annual leave will be aligned to 37 days (including public holidays) for all shore-based staff.
The increased offer is based on the removal of future discretionary, non-consolidated and non-contractual bonus payments.
Nautilus head of industrial Micky Smyth said: 'I would like to thank members for their assistance in this year's round of negotiations, especially the elected liaison officers Gary Calderwood, James Christie, Allan Dickson, Iain MacKenzie and Daniel Wright.
'Nautilus will continue to protect our members and protect our CBA, which offers the best terms and conditions in the sector.'
