Nautilus International members and yacht professionals interested in the Union's yacht services will be able to meet up with us at two of the sector's major Northern Hemisphere summer season events, writes Laura Molineux
As well as writing about what the yacht team does and changes in the industry, I am one of the representatives for Nautilus International with responsibility for the yacht sector, alongside my colleague Cheryl McCann.
In 2024, I'll be present at the Cannes Yachting Festival on Tuesday and Wednesday (10 and 11 September). I'll also be at the Monaco Yacht Show, also in September (the exact days I'll be there are still to be determined). Before heading to Monaco, I'll be in Antibes to visit local agencies and crew houses in the area, so I could potentially meet up with members there on request.
I'll be doing Nautilus's traditional job at both shows – reporting on the event. meeting members, listening to concerns, boardwalking – as well as attending industry events to present the views of the yacht professionals I represent to the industry.
Please do seek me out to speak to me about any issues. If you have anything you'd like to discuss, or just need a chat, please do come and find me at either event. You can also get in touch to arrange a meeting in advance via yachts@nautilusint.org.
I look forward to seeing you in the south of France!
