I am writing to let Nautilus members know that the Pacific Steam Navigation Company's annual reunion will take place this year at the Steam Packet, Northern Perimeter Rd, Bootle L30 7PT on the evenings of Wednesday and Thursday 27/28 March.
There is accommodation available at the adjacent Premier Inn and trips down memory lane to the City of Liverpool on the Thursday day time. All former sea and shore staff are welcome to attend.

I was watching a recent programme on BBC1, Why Bridges Collapse, about the MV Dali container vessel hitting the bridge at Baltimore. The part where they were taking the bridge's trusses off the bow of the vessel I found quite illuminating.
