Nautilus International officials have met with leadership at Stena Line Pte Ltd to introduce the company's new head of industrial relations, Andrew Shaw, and discuss how the Union and business can work together in future.
The two organisations discussed updating the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), staff handbook and Seafarer Employment Agreements (SEAs), and also discussed putting in place a 'fit for purpose' recognition and procedural agreement.
The Union also asked for up-to-date copies of various company policies, plus further information on Stena Line's operations, to build the professional relationship with the company for the benefit of members.
