Members working for Cemex UK Marine Ltd have voted to accept the company’s offer, made as part of the 2024 Pay and Conditions Review.
Although the company faces a challenging market situation, Nautilus asked for an increase to reflect the impact of the current cost of living crisis and the hard work and professionalism of members.
Members will now receive a 4% consolidated pay increase, plus a 5.14% bonus based on their April 2024 salary. The bonus payment is based on closing performance being at 128%, and will be paid in accordance with bonus policy guidelines.
