Members have voted to accept a pay deal at Hanson Ship Management.
From 1 January 2021 all crew will receive a 3% pay rise. A further 2% will be received by officers includingmaster, 1st mate, 2nd mate, chief
engineer, 2nd engineer and 3rd engineer.
This will bring most ratings and officer ranks on par with competitors and continue to close the gap for others.
